Animal Farm

By George Orwell
Directed by Jimmy Fairhurst

One of the defining works of the 20th century, Orwell’s Animal Farm still bites hard. This razor‑sharp allegory of revolution, power, and corruption exposes how ideals warp, leaders rise, and greed slithers its way to the top.

In this National Year of Reading, this fresh, high‑voltage adaptation from Tatty Hennessy brings the story crashing into the present, alive with the energy, wit, and clarity. In a world where truth bends, power shifts, and slogans shout louder than sense, Orwell’s warning lands with renewed force.
